Aweber Review (Email Autoresponder) - The Best Email Marketing Software
AWeber is by far the best email marketing software in the industry. I have found it to be the most affordable email autoresponder program and because of its top notch functionality and live chat customer service (I don’t think I have waited any longer than 2 hours to hear back on a question) it will give you the most bang for your buck. It has certainly been my top choice for years.

With one single step, you can automatically back up the entire list of subscribers as well as email autoresponder messages. Whether you have 10 or 10,000, backing up is very easy. You don’t have to do this, but it is available if it makes you feel safer and better protected.
They only have a handful of customer service personnel but that is all they do! You are guaranteed to hear back from them immediately. In addition, if you prefer the live chat function, you can get your question answered right away. This function is available right on their website.
I really link this feature. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time automatically. Yes that is the key word. It requires no effort on your part. As sad as it is when someone unsubscribes from your list, you have to give everyone the option to do so to comply with the laws. Each email has a unsubscribe link on the bottom that automatically manages this function for you.
And now for the best part. Users are asked to list a reason why they chose to unsubscribe. This is invaluable information for you the business owner. You can find out exactly what is not working or bothering your subscribers and make changes to enhance your subscribers’ overall experience.
High deliverability rates of emailsThe biggest concern online businesses and marketers have with autoresponders is the deliverability rate, which simply means is your email going to get to your subscriber’s inbox? As you can imagine, a lot of automated emails are captured in a spam folder or go directly to trash. A lot of email servers are blocking mass emails to fight the growing spam problem. This was my biggest concern as well.
